Office of Special Services (OSS) of Queens College
OSS offers comprehensive support services to students with various disabilities. Their focus is not only to provide the support services that allow students to compete on an equal level with their classmates, but also to teach them to self-advocate for their growth in the independent living skills necessary for success on campus and in their personal lives.
CUNY Coalition for Students with Disabilities (CCSD)
CCSD is committed to increasing awareness, creating opportunity, and fostering community among CUNY's more than 9,000 students with disabilities. They work with and coordinate the various student disability clubs found on different CUNY campuses.
CUNY LEADS
CUNY LEADS is a program established to facilitate the successful academic and career outcomes for students with disabilities who are enrolled in CUNY programs. Kristina Aranbayeva is Queens College's LEADS advisor, and she partners with various agencies and businesses to provide the necessary assistance to students. LEADS at QC is part of the Center for Career Engagement and Internships.
